Damaged parcels Sent a pc in Feb which got damaged beyond economic repair. Was returned and I rebuilt another which was also damaged beyond repair by the same driver. Claim was opened by vanguard but ignored and closed by ukmail. As soon as I asked vanguard to deal with the claim, the owner blocked me and totally ignored me. 9 months on and still not compensated. Nowhere near good enough.
