AWFUL! Purchased clip in extensions from here today, labeled as 100% human hair.. Got them home and used my curling tongs on them and the hair has melted all over my tongs and fried and burnt up the ends! My whole house smelt of burnt plastic. Went back into the store and was shouted at by the rudest woman working there, saying that my product wasn't faulty and I could receive no replacement or refund! Absolutely disgusted that I was sold synthetic hair extensions labeled as 100% human, I received the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Avoid this business !
