We have just completed our house sale and I cannot recommend Cubitt and West enough for the service they have given us. Our house sale has been particularly stressful due to the current state of the banking system and the team at the North End branch (Andy, Maddison, Emily, Jarred and Sarah in the sales team and also Matt the mortgage adviser) and the fabulous Julie at the Southsea office, could not have done more for us. They have been extremely professional and supportive, especially considering the fact they have had to sell our house 4 times in the past 7 months (again, this was due to the state of the financial market, no to do with their service). They have not given up and acted promptly each time the 'For Sale' sign replaced the 'Sold' sign.
Do not bother going with the rest, just go with the best.
