Was always free for disabled parking until recently I dont know when it changed but now mine and several other disabled cars had tickets on, absolute disgrace PCC making money off of vulnerable people who need the spaces to be able to access things like the post office and icelands for money and food

Disabled parking beware this car park is not free! It's Portsmouth city council but we got a ticket even with badge displayed.
