In response to Psychogavx (name says it all really) Gavin Samson failed to provide any proof parcels were damaged in transit as there was no evidence of external damage to parcel and would not allow the contenets to be examined by the claim team. He then asked for £800 with no proof of damage or cost. Gavin is frequently banned or has accounts suspended for his behaviour.

Damaged parcels
Sent a pc in Feb which got damaged beyond economic repair. Was returned and I rebuilt another which was also damaged beyond repair by the same driver. Claim was opened by vanguard but ignored and closed by ukmail. As soon as I asked vanguard to deal with the claim, the owner blocked me and totally ignored me. 9 months on and still not compensated. Nowhere near good enough.
